I am using COMPAK K-10 grinder, I always grind beans for each shot to keep it fresh.
But there is a big problem I have what should I do ??
After grind each time, there are many power left inside the tunnel before it moves down to the doser. That means we drink the old grind left from last time.
How can I get all the grind coffee from the tunnel ??

Usually most shops just grind enough fresh coffee to push out the old grind, then dose that out of the doser and into the trash. If you're busy enough, you'll not have to do that routine too frequently- you'll have to decide that for yourself just how long to leave ground coffee in the dose before grinding fresh. Otherwise, you have to just get access to the chute so you can sweep it out with something that doesn't have a chance at scratching the burrs (use something soft like either a chopstick or a brush). I've never seen a Compak grinder, so I don't know for sure, but supposedly it's very easy to sweep out the chute- here's a discussion about it: Click Here (www.home-barista.com)

Here's what my plan is; As I'm cleaning up an old armoire to be my coffee station, I'm installing the smallest wet/dry vacuum I can find. There's nothing better for cleaning up a grinder or left over mess from building a shot than a vac. I'm going to locate the vac below the counter & have just a connector sticking through it to the surface.
