My Baratza Virtuoso, after 6 months trouble-free, has now become clump monster...the Godzilla of clump monsters.  Any advice on fixing this...is it even fixable...occurs no matter what the roast or the grind (always for espresso).

Cheers

Toronto?  December?  Bet the furnace is on.  No humidifier?  Guessing that your humidity would now probably be at 25 percent.  Clumping will occur.

I run a humidifier to keep the thermostat set lower and the air more pleasantly humidified at ~ 40 percent for wife's asthma.  No clumping.
