There are a lot of companies to choose from.   Which company has conscientious, honest and efficient customer service? Probably many of them, but I am looking for recommendations and stay away warnings as well.

Name your favorites and least favorites!

Thanks, this is really a great site!

I've been very happy with the service at Chris' Coffee Service.  I believe they have some of the best service I've ever recieved from any company in any market.  Additionally. they have been praised numerous times throughout this forum for excellent service.

I have had a bad experience from 1st-line.  In fact, I would say they were rude to me.  I warned a firned about that, and despite my warning, he had a similar experience.  I haven't done business with them for over 5 years (maybe longer), so I can't speak for their current habits.

Chris' is the only place I have done business with and couldn't be happier with them. Can they please everyone? There are a few posts that creep up with unhappy customers as there are tons of happy customer posts about 1st line.

+1 very well said. Sales support was good but the tech support was the bomb in my case.

You know those people that want to tell you how to raise your kids but have none of their own? That is how i feel when someone with a kitchen appliance tells me how the merits or dis-merits of my machine or how to use it.

When you say the bomb, did you mean it was good or bad?

ChrisCoffee, most definitely!
He is extremely helpful and supportive, also after the sale. I am very satisfied with their service and expertise (bought two espresso machines, grinders, filters system,  various upgrades and some other stuff from them).

Re 1st-line I can confirm what emradguy said.
I had some really rude and abrasive experiences with them, and decided not to do business with them again.

I will go out on a limb and say John meant good. Tech at Chris' has been over the top helpful with trouble shooting all the way through doing the repair no matter how stupid silly some of my problems have been.

I recently purchased a new machine and grinder from chris coffee. they gave me a overwhelming amount of info on each machine I enquired about and was never rude. even talked to me after store hours and on a holiday to boot to help me decide what would best suit my needs. Tech support seems to be tops also.

I purchased a machine and grinder from 1st line last month and my experience was good. The items arrived the next day and support/tech emails were answered very quickly (within 30 minutes including night and weekend). That was my experience - YMMV.
