So i had been talking to Baratza going through what was wrong with my grinder as I was grinding progressively finer and could not get a fine enough grind. Anyway long story short they sent out a new adjustment ring and it appeared to be fixed, I could grind fine enough for espresso. This was about two weeks ago.
However now I have found my self grinding down in the to two setting to get a sixteen gram double shot in about fifteen seconds, if I try and go lower it jams when grinding. So my only conclusion is the burrs, no? Seems a little premature for only having it a year and doing about a pound a week, but if that's the problem that's the problem.

Email/call Baratza to problem solve. I doubt that it's the burrs being worn out. They will likely be able to help you more than the people on this site.

My first one did this too - happened very fast though - it's been a while but something was broken with the adjustment - definitely worth a call Monday to see what's up.
I chew coffee beans with my teeth while gargling with 195 F water to enjoy coffee. What is this "coffee brewing" device you speak of?

I second this. It sounds like you were already talking to them about it, and they sent you that adjustment ring. But even Baratza admits their early Preciso machines had issues, and similar threads talk about there being three pieces to the adjustment assembly. See if they'll send you a refurb or the other parts.
