Asking that question is like opening the flood gates. LOL There are a lot of opinions as to what the "best" of anything is.
Suffice it to say, there are many truly good grinders at different price points and grind abilities. I recommend figuring out exactly how you are going to use your grinder and with what equipment. This will help us point you to perhaps several quality grinders for your use.
An examply might be wanting a Macap or Mazzer grinder for a moka pot. This would be way over-kill and there might be a better "best" grinder for your use. Could you use the Macap or Mazzer? Sure, but it still would be way too much in my opinion.
Give us more information and we can come up with appropriate grinder recommendations.
Lets try it this way, give us a budget, new or used and from your post you want to use it with a My Pressi and a RS. There are LOTS of choices but no, I would not, me personally, put a Mcap on a par to Mazzer. There is NO way you can use a blade grinder for espresso, they are spice mills at best and do not do a good job on ANY method of making coffee.
Burrs are the ONLY way to go. There are FAKE burr grinders and there are real burr grinders then there are many different grades of burr grinders to fit many different price points and burr grinders are divided into flat and conical ...... LOTS of answers, what is your budget?
Do not skimp on the grinder, it is MORE important than the espresso machine. Please read our FAQ on how to buy an espresso machine. The market changes day to day and some of the info is a little dated, we have different grinders we tend to advise now but the basics are the same.
Neither burr type is inherently better than the other. Flat burrs tend to bring out sweet/chocolate notes, while conicals bring out fruity/bright notes. This is especially true of larger burrs. And it's pretty easy to differentiate the burrs if it doesn't provide it in the grinder description. cf. Click Here (kcupcoffeesite.com) Mazzers use flat burrs of varying sizes except for the Robur and Kony models, both of which are probably...out of your budget by a little bit. The Macap MXK uses conical burrs, but the rest of the models use flat burrs.
The build quality, fit, finish and attention to detail of the Mazzers is unsurpassed all the way up and down their product range.
That said, I was very happy with my Macap M4 and felt it delivered great grinding quality for the money, plus a superb stepless adjustment mechanism for espresso. So when I went to a big conical I had no hesitation getting the M7K from Macap. At half the price of a Robur, it was much more tame-able for home use and the grinding results are superb - and apparently equivalent according to tests.
Still, there's no doubt in my mind that the Robur's uncompromising cost-no-object build quality makes it a superior piece of equipment if you can make it fit both your checkbook and your kitchen.
Macaps are great grinders. IMHO they are right up there with Mazzers (perhaps not 100% 'as good', whatever that means, but definitely 95% of the way). Both names have models that compete with each other, they both produce excellent grind quality and they are both built like tanks and will last a very long time.

I certainly would invest in a machine that is build to last, and also the quality materials is of paramount importance, too! The Macap looks more affordable than the Mazzer's, and from what I've read, they're a sturdy bit of kit with wide flat burrs, with low rpm's, too! Has anyone got experience of the Commercial Macaps such as the MXP/C?
