Espresso: Faema Family Grinder: Faema Family

Our Faema Family grinder was doing a nice job at the #4 setting since last September; pulling shots with crema. However, it has been getting coarser over the last two months and I've had to turn it to the #1.5 setting, otherwise the shots run through too quickly.
I thought that setting shld be producing more of a Turkish grind, not espresso, so I think the grinder has loosened over time. Any pointers on a simple tightening? I've tried taking the beans out and turning the little allen screw in the square brass grinder head, but without much success. thanks, Bill Horne Wells, BC Canada http://www.claireart.ca

Thanks, Pietro - I did manage to tighten it up a bit & it's grinding finer now, but I will contact our Faema service person in Burnaby/Vancouver, BC Canada soon.
