Depends on your budget, but if you want to make last(ing) upgrade (if there is such thing ;-) then go with large conical burrs 68mm+ like the ones found in K-10.

What do you like or do not like about the mini? What do you expect to gain by an "upgrade" How much money are you going to invest? Do you like the higher or lower notes of espresso best?
The mini is a very good little grinder, better grinders are out there though. There is a tasteable difference from the mini to the SJ, then there is another tasteable difference between the SJ and the Major. So far, these are all flat burr, and they are the burr of choice for me as I favor the base notes of espresso more than the higher ones.
The Conical will give you a grind that tends to favor the higher notes. Neither is better in my opinion it, for me, is a question of what you like.

You can buy a used SJ for less than a new Mazzer Mini.... But I wonder... what is really the point? Maybe I'm missing something but the mini seems to do everything I want to do with espresso. I think you'd find much bigger changes at this point with espresso machines, choice of beans, and bean roasting then you'd find with a grinder change. Please educate me if I'm wrong.
K30 super durable for home use though might only last 1 life time rather than 2 or 3 like a mazzer ;0) Grind is going pretty similar to a Jolly but grind on demand, faster, doserless blah blah blah. K30 grind is pretty similar to the Jolly, Jolly to the Baratza Vario, the Baratza to the Mazzer Mini but a little better.

If you have the budget, space and like a flat blade I don't see how you could be unhappy with a K30.
You know those people that want to tell you how to raise your kids but have none of their own? That is how i feel when someone with a kitchen appliance tells me how the merits or dis-merits of my machine or how to use it.

Ok, replacing the burrs will run about $50 give or take a little. If you were happy with the quality of the grind when new, this will restore the new condition of the grinder. Like Craig indicated, it depends on how much coffee you have ground.
If it were me, I would replace the burrs on the mini and see if you like what you then have. At the minimum, you would get that money back when you sold the mini with new burrs if you were still unhappy with the grind.
On the other hand, it is likely that by only spending the $50, you will be happy and no more money need be spent.
On the third hand, (everyone has a third hand don't they?) if you have a serious itch to buy a different grinder regardless of how the mini is performing, that is a different subject.
