No, you've done something wrong. Try first loosening the grind to fairly coarse e.g. press pot and see if the beans will feed in, then gradually tighten to an espresso grind, sometimes if the burrs are way to close the beans won't feed in and just popcorn about. If that doesn't work remove the top burr and simply check the bottom burr spins when you start the grinder.

Seems to have worked.
I had originally backed off quite a bit with nothing. As per your suggestion, I opened it right up and eventually grinds were flowing. Now to get the grind right for espresso once again.
