Surprising just how much difference a very minor grind adjustment can make to the quality of the coffee.
First shot this morning was a little average. Adjusted the grind a tiny bit finer (with the worm adjuster on the Ascaso i-steel i1 grinder). Such a small change. I couldn't really see a difference in the grind by eye. But I sure could taste it.
