The grinder in the first link is the i-steel I-1 as the i-mini I-1 has different case (the shop's description at the title is not correct). So assuming that the grinder for sale is the one shown in the picture and is the I1 type, I think is a very good choice, at a very good price, and I cannot see why the Eureka is a better grinder as it has smaller burrs of 50mm in comparison to 54mm of the ascaso.
I do not know the other Spaniard, Demoka Minimoka, but again I would prefer the ascaso because of the larger burrs and the slightly more powerful motor.
Regarding the rpm, only the Eureka has a high rpm (1350). The other two, both have a low 700 rpm. In theory, low rpm cause less quality deterioration of the ground coffee due to the less heat that is generated during grinding. IMHO, not a matter of a great concern when grinders are used for small quantities of coffee as in home use.
