Hello all

I have a Nemox Caffe Dell'Opera which I've been using for about two years now.  I picked it up used, been a wonderful machine.  However, the attached grinder has choked out on me and I've been having a hell of a time finding repair shops around.  I'm uncertain at this point if it is the motor, or the burrs which are faulty, but I'm tending to think it's the motor.

Has anyone with a Nemox had to troubleshoot their grinder, or does anyone know of a repair place near Boulder Colorado?

Thanks!
Lewis

Finding someone to repair a home appliance might be difficult and once you locate a shop the cost may accede the replacement cost for another used one.

We can help you try and troubleshoot your problem is you provide some details.

What happens (or doesn't) when you try to use the grinder?  Noise?  No noise? Buzzing?

If it sounds like it wants to start but doesn't (buzzes or grumbles) you may have an obstruction.  Have you removed the burrs and cleaned everything up?  that would be step 1.

+1 on the burr cleaning.

We had a Saeco Royal Cap come in with grinding issue. Turned out to be gummed up burrs. Cleaned and reinstalled and it was good to go.

Email your local dealers on what options do they have.
