Thanks for all your comments!!   Keep all those art posts coming.
Dom, I love that LAVAZZA cup.  Where do I get one.  I was in Miami recently and ordered a cappa after dinner at a nice Italian resturant.  They served it in one of those cups, and the cappa was pretty good.

All right... I just had to post this because I am soooo psyched. Finally figured out how to get adequate microfoam on a cheap cuisinart machine. Thank you Aaron De Lazzer for you Milk Frothing Guide, I am particularly impressed that you added a how-to for cheap machines for those of us that don't have a good one (yet!). here is my third rosetta attempt since getting the microfoam right!!!

Bump!

I haven't been on this forum for a long time and can't believe this thread has disappeared!  It was so much fun to share and see what others were doing and how people were progressing.

Share your latte art!  I would...but haven't been making espresso lately due to having two young boys.  I've been sticking to brewed coffee with the V60, Clever, and now Chemex.

Here is some of my art I am still learning the technique with pouring the pitcher with my hand.  I just been practicing with skewer at the moment haha.

This is ... genuinely ... the first latte "art" I made.

I have no excuses ... I'm just an infant at times :)
