All right... I just had to post this because I am soooo psyched. Finally figured out how to get adequate microfoam on a cheap cuisinart machine. Thank you Aaron De Lazzer for you Milk Frothing Guide, I am particularly impressed that you added a how-to for cheap machines for those of us that don't have a good one (yet!). here is my third rosetta attempt since getting the microfoam right!!!
