I have been using really cheap machines for a while (mr. coffee) and while I'm fine with the espresso they produce, their frothing mechanisms are quite lacking. Truth be told, I don't care much about the quality of the shots produced - I just want a machine that will make amazing milk. My wife and I drink lots of cappuccinos - hot and iced, and I want a machine that will make lots of yummy frothy milk for them. I assume that same milk is also the type I would want for latte art. So what's a good budget ($300 at most but I would prefer much, much cheaper if there is anything) machine that will give me great tasting frothy milk for yummy cappuccinos and pretty latte art?
