hi .
i am opening a shop in a couple of weeks.
i would like to "illustrate" "seed to cup" in a series of 5 photographs leading up to the point of sale.
i am hoping that the community would be a good place to find these images. i am also hoping that these images will be creative and not the usual suspects.
i am narrowing it to 5 categories.
origin-cherries growing. pictures of the trees
processing at origin.
roasting (beans roasting, or cooling, etc.)
brewing process (espresso porn, macro shots of cupping, etc.)
the cup (latte art, tulips mmhmmm perrys im talking to you, :D, hopefully not a lot of rosettas – if they are creative, macro shots of a cup of espresso not during the brew)
i am hoping to get a hi-res file from you. i plan to print these about 11x17 at the digital photolab-framed on a white matte with black frame. so i need a raw image from your digital camera. video stills or phone pics probably wont work.
you will get full credit, i will embed your name into the image using photoshop before it is printed, and the satisfaction of knowing your photo is in my shop. i will print an extra copy of your image and send it to you unframed.
