Here's a little collage of latte art for the first few weeks of March.   Hopefully things will be even better at the end of the month.    I'm using 1% milk with a 20 oz  straight sided pitcher, and 13 oz buffalo china latte cup.

Absolutely incredible......your art is striking and amazingly consistent.  You definitely have a unique signature pour.  I have seen many latte art pics and pours and none are like yours.  Thanks for sharing.

Chris,
Fantastic!!  Also, I love those cups.  I use the same ones.  Nice and heavy and perfect shape.  They are also used at Vivace in Seattle.  Rob

I've been experimenting quite a bit lately with temp at which I stop entraining air and temp to which I heat the milk. For some reason I've been overfoaming so it sits on top of the coffee. This is one from yesterday that worked out okay. 6 oz Peet's cup.

Chris,

Nice!  It is always pleasant to see your latte arts (and yours, too, Rob).  Jersey guy, how's going?  We gotta to put some arts here, we can't have those two have all the fun...
