Please post what you are using.

Have tried to search this site to get answer but no luck.  Checked Amazon but not sure what I'm seeing is instantaneous.   Lots of meat thermometers.   The do have lots of choices.

What I'm seeing from reading posts on here is one needs a temp of around 150.  To this point I have just gone by feel.  I suspect my temp has been going too hot.  If its 160 is this too hot?
Been trying to get the consistency of wet paint.
My latte art stinks.

Would appreciate knowing what those out there are using.

Thanks.

I use a milk thermometer from Cilio (click here). It's easy to use and wasn't very expensive. I'm not sure if it's available in the US, though.

What I find important is that the dial is big enough to be easily read.
