Subject: Steaming Pitcher Recommendations

I'm using the cafelat 12oz steaming pitcher with 4-6oz of milk. It BURNS my hand off by 145 degrees. Is this ideal? Is there a better pitcher I should consider for steaming and latte art?

Thanks!

You don't use the handle?
If you prefer to grasp the body of the pitcher, then get the type with a rubber insulation on the body
(I got a nice one from Orphan Espresso)

Otherwise, I like the Rattleware pretty well and the Motta (Europa) more, and the Alessi is nicest (but very pricey)

I find using I'm a little more clumsy using the handle, but I'll experiment with it more. Thanks for the suggestions.

"I want one, buy it store it" Tony Stark :)

That looks sharp but dang does it steam or poor any better than the motta?

What machine should you buy? Buy what ever I have in my profile.
