Milk frothing with my Evolution was hit and mess (not a typo) at best until I replaced the steam wand with the Silvia v1 wand. It made a dramatic improvement. My technique is lacking with latte art pouring, but I'm getting nice microfoam now. The OEM wand just came up short, with or without the panarello attachment.
