Hi All,
Any tips for etching with chocolate sauce? I'm using Monin chocolate sauce to do the etching. However in matter of seconds (25-30 seconds) the etching was smeared. Any tips to make the etching last longer? See the beak? when I did the beak there are quite a bit of the white foam showing up. The same thing happened with the whole think. It smeared so the line looks thicker. Any pointers how to make this better?
