Subject: Most inexpensive way to make good foam for latte art?

I don't really have much money to spend on a machine right now, I mostly use French press, perculator, chemex and am about to order am aeropress. Is there any inexpensive way to make good foam for latte art. If I had to I'd consider a used machine sub $250

Latte art is made on espressos,  not drip coffee.  coffee.  No matter... To answer your question,  the cheapest way to make foam for latte art is with a $2 ikea frothing wand.

Search YouTube.  There are several videos showing you how to do this.
