199 is pretty close IMO. I set mine to deliver in the 199-201 range... measuring with a digital thermometer and a thick styrofoam cup. This is starting with a 90% full boiler, letting it warm up and doing false pressure releases, then running the boiler level down to 1/2-5/8 full by doing flushes. Much lower than half and it seems to heat a bit more. Later!
