Hi, I'm after a little bit of information about this set. I have had it for about 8 years and bought it from a German man when I was living in Spain. It is really lovely condition, fully working (no leaks or problems with the operation). I am looking to sell the whole set and wondered if anyone would have any information on what it's worth and any history about this set? The machines are stamped M J Milano. I have no idea what these machines sell for and wanted some advise before I advertise them. Any help would be greatly received. Thanks
You will get honest feedback from both. If you do decide to sell, please allow your CG Brothers and sisters first crack. Folks are fair here, and will appreciate your truly special machines. BTW, Riviera only has one r after the e. :>D

Hi, Thanks so much for the links, I have e-mailed both companies with the descriptions and photo's of the two machines. As soon as I hear back from them I will let you know what they think. When I advertise them I will definately give you guys first refussal as I would like to know that the machines go to the best home possible. Once again thanks for your help Matt :-)
Matt, apparently you ALREADY have posted on ebay, so your comment regarding offering this combo to CG members FIRST is disingenuous at best, a falsehood at worst. Now that a link has been posted, even though not by you, we may be forced into deleting this thread. It appears you are attempting to circumvent our rules regarding new members with insufficient posts selling equipment.
As I was the one who moved your post here, I'll deal with this.

Hi, yes I did advertise the set on ebay but it was advertised before I submitted posts on here. I placed it on ebay really not knowing anything about the machines. Since then I have received many qustions that I have been unable to answer due to my lack of knowledge of the history, value or Riviera company. I posted on here to try and get some answers to my questions hoping that some of you guys may of been able to help? I was not trying to offend or do anything to cause offence! The ad on ebay still has a week to run so I was going to ask on this forum if anyone would like to make me an offer for the combo and then remove the set from sale on ebay. I haven't been able to find out a great deal of information about the sets although I have come to realise that they are quite rare and only a few people seem to deal with them. Please feel free to delete my thread if you think that I have broken some rules or been underhanded and I will not use your forums again. Kind Regards Matt
