I have a LaPavoni Europicola Pro When I m finished with pulling a shot, I see that the pressure is ok, as soon as I open the valve to froth milk the pressure drops totally, and comes back slowly. Any Idea? It happend all of a sudden.

While heating the water from cold, have you vented all air from the space above the water? Not necessary with a two switch model, very necessary for a single switch unit.
