The machine does remind me of the Bezzera Strega, exept that it has a rotary instead of a vibration pump. I suppose that the pump regulates the water level of the boiler and fills the brew group providing a pre-infusion, at least that's how the Strega works after all.
The video on Home-Barista.com that Javier linked shows that the machine is obviously a spring lever.
