Subject: Boiler question
 

Hi,
Im lurking about, quite curious about levermachines... so can anyone tell me, is all lever machines sbdu or is there hx and dual boilers in here to? Cant seem to figure from la pavonis website, but it seems like single boilers...

Usually it is a single boiler kept at steam temperature at all times. The group head cools the water down to brewing temperatures. Unlike pump sbdu machines there is no wait between espresso and steam
