Subject: La Cimbali Microcimbali Liberty steam wand thread

I have a black body Liberty I bought form a fellow geek.

I'm a bit dissatisfied with th steam tip which is like an inverted cup with two side venting holes.

I've tried to get a local machine shop to make me an adapter to the more common and standard M10x1.0 from the factory which looks like M6x0.75.

No such luck.

I'm thinking of replacing the wand outright. Does anyone know the thread sizing for the steam wand itself to attach to the valve arm? Has anyone tried any other wands to see if they fit?

Otherwise my shots are getting more consistent and I love the machine and love this forum.
