Is there a sure way of trouble shooting the pump? Also if theres a problem with calcium building up effecting the operation of the machine ... what are the signs?
Hi Do you hear the pump at all? Are you getting any water through the pump when you open the steam knob? If the answer is no, you might need a new pump. They will quit but not very often. If they do they just need replacing. Check ebay. Jerry
