Subject: My Family Needs Help

My Faema Family that is. It is a few years old. Bought it off eBay. The pump seems a strong as ever, but a few things need fixing:

New portafilter gasket...needs a new one badly. Portafilter barely able to lock into place at all.

Shower Screen: Needs cleaning in a big sort of way. I do this on a regular basis, but the screw (which for some UNFATHOMABLE reason is an Allen wrench type and is stripped. Cannot for the life of me unscrew it to remove the screen. It's gunked up badly. Tried super-gluing an Allen wrench in the hole....still didn't work.

Steam valve (which, with the Family, is a spring-attached lever): spring came off inside or broke and the lever plopped inside the housing.

Question: Can anyone recommend a repair company/service in the Twin Cities who might be able to fix this weathered beauty? I believe she has some years left in her, and the pump is like a freakin' V12...pulls amazing shots, even in its currently decrepit shape.

Thanks,
