I'll answer this since no one else has. IMO sometimes the people here are too geeky and think something like this is below their standard. Here's what to do...... Go to the GaggiaGroup at Yahoo and post this. I'm sure someone there will help you out. All Gaggia and they know their stuff. Later!

Maybe.

More likely is that nobody here has done it.

We've provided several hundred PID systems for DIY'ers over the past couple of years.  All kinds of machines.  But not one for a Baby Twin.

Yeah I agree, but I know that I've overlooked threads before because I just didn't want to bother with it at that time and I'm sure others are like that. Seems that if a thread doesn't get alot of hits then it's a waste to some.

I have a KA Pro Line machine that has the dual boiler setup and love it. One boiler is for brewing and the other is for steaming and both run so well I see no need for a PID. I've tested the brew boiler many times and the lowest temp. I've had is 194 and the highest is 203-204. Very tight deadband if you ask me. Maybe the owner of the Baby Twin has had a similar experience. I know the steam side is a thermoblock. Later!
