Hi all,

I seem to have a leak at the front end of the boiler.

I had my unit serviced six months ago, no receipt I'm afraid... They did not put the over pressure hose down into the water container correctly when they reassembled. I noticed that today, so I opened th machine and let the hose out correctly.

I then ran a shot with the cover open, and I can see the unit is leaking inside, from the boiler at the front end.

Do I need to reservice or should I just try tightening the bolts holding the boiler down? Are those (the bolts visible from besides the Head?

I'm thinking it's the gasket between porta filer and bottom of the boiler. What do you guys think?

If the leak were at the porta-filter gasket the water would drip out over the edge
of the porta-filter not inside the machine.
There is a gasket between the two boiler halves that if damaged or not properly tightened will
leak inside the machine.
You could try tightening the bolts.
They should be tightened evenly.
Good luck.
