I'll give it a shot. I do not know your machine and a search turned up, pretty much only this thread as far as espresso machines go.
What exactly are you having trouble with? Connecting it to the house water system? Something else?
Pictures go a LONG way to helping us help you. Yes the size limit can be an issue but you can resize your pics to fit the limit and STILL keep large images if you know what you are doing with photo editing software.
