What gauge are you looking for, boiler pressure, brew pressure, calibrated to bar, PSI, Deg F, Deg C ????
Machine specific gauges can be pricy due to limited production. Generic gauges cost less but may not fit in a specific hole.
Good gauges though, just like good anything else will tend to cost a bit more than low quality gauges so how long are you expecting them to last?.
Also, please do not use the entire space in the title bar. The software adds RE: to the post title and if you use all the space then when the forum software adds the RE: , the title is too long and it forces you to edit the title bar just to reply.

As for the gauge, what's wrong with the one that came with the machine? Borden tube leaks can be resoldered. Jumped teeth on the rack and pinion can be re-aligned. Calcium clogged can be cleaned with baling wire (And resoldered if so extreme that machining holes need to be opened)... Smashed to smithereens, sorry, might not be repairable.
And for the wand, it may depend on the era of the Giotto, but I expect that most Giotto dealers in your area will still have wands for the ECM ones less than 20 years old. The wand itself is just chromed brass tubing with two bends and male and female threads at the ends, I believe.
