Good luck. I think the only way you will find one is from a scrap machine. You might be able to have one made and another possibility is repairing the one you have, a pic would help a lot, you might be able to reform the material close to it's original shape and use a lead free solder to seal it back up.

Yeah, the trick is finding that scrap yard.
The heat exchanger isn't just cracked a little, it's badly distorted and has a couple of jagged rips in it. Picture a swollen water pipe that's burst. I suppose you could plasma cut the end off the boiler, fabricate a heat exchanger inside, and weld the end back on. Probably involve arthroscopic brazing. Might be easier to adapt a boiler from another machine.
