Welcome out of the shadows!
I wish you luck in the repair. For many reasons most here are not very fond of Super Automatic machines and few of us have been inside them. We do have some pro repair people here though and perhaps one of them can help.
A general line of advice is to check all connections to make sure they are clean and tight. I don't know if that machine has an over temp safety switch but most semiauto machines do. Often it has a reset button in the center and pressing it can reset the safety. Some have replaceable fuses that you need to buy a new one when the unit fails. Sometimes it can be the electronics, this is always an issue and the more electronics you have the more likely it is that they will fail. Many times, the cost of the replacement parts render the machine disposable when it comes to repair. YMMV!
In real life, my name is Wayne P. Anything I post is personal opinion and is only worth as much as anyone else's personal opinion. YMMV!
Feed the newbs, starve the trolls and above all enjoy what you drink!
