I took this part .From my old Espresso Machine .I think it's a thermometer
I have now Rancilio Silvia .Can I install this part on Miss Silvia? And how

Edited.. There is a large cross over between sites so a lot of the same people will be seeing the post in both places.

Your gauge must be in the boiler, no you can not put it on Sylvia unless you drill a hole into your boiler and devise some way to reseal the boiler. In addition, it seems to be broken anyway, it no longer zeros and it is pretty much non adjustable.

Don't bother. The useful range is too small; that is, each graduation covers too much range.  Get a digital thermometer with a K-probe capability.
