The Evil Genius has done it again.... I thought I was done for a while after I replaced the vibe pump on my Wega decided to create exoWEGA....
so I am talking to my boss yesterday and he is talking about this CNC machine he has in his garage and my mind goes..hmmmmm
I have not used my La Marzocco PF since I went Naked which was starting to distress me because I spend alot of money on that portafilter.... so I bit the bullet and gave it to my boss..... I showed him my naked portafilter I had done by Terry and company at espressoparts.com ..... and let him go to town...
I come in this morning and Tadaaaa.... a NEW La Marzocco Naked portafilter....

We are now offering a dress your portafilter service. We have so many bottoms laying around that we decided that we should offer a service to those who want to replace the bottoms, just in case.
The whole bottomless thing was just a big joke, and I'm sorry you feel for it. Coffee taste way better out of portafilters with the spouts. Sorry nobody told you, I guess your were out of the loop ;-)
So what, now you have two naked portafilters and one naked espresso machine. What kind of parties are you throwin?

haha so very funny Terry Wan Zinobi all the tweaks have been little tweaks lately but they have kept me into my hobby...
I never realized how naked the exoWEGA was now....hehehe
guess I will need a motto for the exoWEGA....hmmm
how about
"let's get naked and do shots with the the lights on ....like in the movies"
this is in honor of the next mod which is the murky coffee light treatment so I can make coffee with the lights on or off....hehehe
the mod after that is all about decreasing the sound of the machine... I want to make it so I can make espresso and listen to the tv at the same time ...or better yet make espresso and ease drop on my fiance's conversations across the room...(evil grin)
