1) Tchibo Picco (ingenious cheap little machine that creates brew pressure with a centrifuge. Not sure if it's known in the US. Made surprisingly good coffee. Retired after the centrifuge exploded at full rotation and painted a brown line all around my kitchen) 2) Various Moka Pots, including Alessi and Bialetti 3) Saeco Aroma a.k.a. Classico 4) Nuova Simonelli Oscar 5) Nuova Simonelli Personal V (awaiting plumb-in this weekend)
Grinders: 1) none 2) Braun Burr 3) Lux 4) Nuova Simonelli MDE (63mm commercial grinder, discontinued model, bought new from old stock) 4a) Rancilio MD50, Mahlkönig Guatemala (bought those out of curiosity, but will stay with the MDE)

Machines: Steam toy, Rancilio Silvia which got modified to be PID and brew pressure controlled. Bought an Astra Gourmet off ebay. Now have a 2-group LaMarzocco PID controlled Linea 2AV. I still have the Silvia and the Astra.
Grinders: Cheap littel capresso. Rancilio Rocky. Bought a refurbed Mazzer mini, which I still use as a decaf grinder. Bought a Cimbali Jr. grinder as my main grinder.
Roasters: Started with an Alpenroast. I bought an electric Has Garanti commercial roaster when the alpenroast died.

Espresso: Saeco Maestro Grinder: Mazzer Mini Drip: Bodum French press Roaster: Fresh Roast +

Machines: - Steam toy - Saeco Maestro
Grinders: - Whirly blade grinder - Mazzer Mini switch
Roasters: - Air popper - FR+ - Utter laziness (taking a break from roasting by buying from a local roaster)
The axiom about a good grinder is really true. With the Mazzer and a $50 Saeco off ebay, I make better espresso than any cafe I've ever been in and better than some friends' more expensive machines. The grinder did it.
I've had upgrade lust several times, but when this setup works so well its hard to spend the bucks.
