As I remember you were starting coffee bar at your church... is that where you're using the Wega? How is it working out?
I've been asked about researching/starting a church coffee bar/cart deal, but I've stayed away from it. Seems like a quite a headache having several hundred people all show up at once when a service get out!

I'm not familiar with your situation, is this at home or some other low volume area? The only comment that comes to mind is your grinder: is the hopper your main bean storage area? And the doser appears to have grounds, but I'm not sure. If that's how you normally leave things, I would suggest storage of beans in an airtight container. I would also clean out the doser. I think your steam wand is dirty too. That's about it for my observation :)

yes we use this for our Church... It has been great It took a while to train the staff and make consistant drinks but we got things ironed out. I found a local roster to supply my beans and man it changed the espresso taste. The Church coffee bar is a great idea if done right.... I have enjoyed every sunday. and yes the rush is crazy we serve 50 to a hundred before and after each service...
