Hello. I am looking for any feedback, both positive and negative on ECM Diana and Veronica super automatic models. I have heard they are in some 7/11 and possibly Subway stores, in Japan and US. We have excellent results through the ECM's but need to know as much as possible before venturing into these models. Has anybody got any feedback on cup quality, and reliability ( or lack of) on these machines. Thankyou for your time, and we look forward to hearing any and all. Carlos.
