I have a hand foamer. Basically it spins really fast to make foam. I heat it up in the microwave for about 30 seconds and then spend about a minute foaming. It works quite well but there is always a little milk at the bottom and if I stop foaming it becomes hard in the glass. It pours well enough and even forms a dome to the point that, depending on how hot, the milk, and how long I foamed, I canget it to make a top of about half an inch from the rim of the coffee cup. However, now that I have seen here what real cream looks like (a.k.a latte) I want a smoother cream or at least a bit more easy on the pour (takes a while with the stuff I make). I have a Krupps Espresso/Cappaccino/Coffee Maker with a Foamer attached but I was warned by family who also had this machine to not use it because it worked poorly. Any suggestions on hand creamers or and good creamers in general (I don't know which is correct: creamer or foamer?)
