well I'm half a decade late on this but are you still enjoying your Fiorenzatos? I am restoring a 1999 Fiorenzato 2g Fenice ellettrica which worked but was badly neglected ... all seals old, never backflushed it looks like, and scaled and corroded... dried up diaphragm on sirai , switched around steam and water wands but did not leak and boiler and element A OK! anyway ... it's a great looking machine and every part is full on quality commercial down to the Gicar computer! anyway, its in 500 peices! polishing out the stainless and frame at powdercoaters !

Very nice set of pictures!!! I had to laugh at the first inside pic of the boiler! But beautifully cleaned now. You've got quite the treasure there!!! Very nice!!!!! I'm sure you'll get many nice brews from it! Thanks for sharing!

Thanks! there will be plenty of updates! frame will be a metallic silver and side and back a pearl turquoise Nd I'll turn new handles and maybe knobs from turquoise ! just for fun! plus turquoise and copper! what a combo! thanks for posting the temp surf Info also!
