I have a Bunn ES-1A. Though I am far from being an expert on espresso, this is a very nice machine. Very heavy commercial quality, originally sold for around $2000.00.
It has recently been completely overhauled and tested by Bunn. It makes fantastic crema. Unfortunately it is simply more machine than I need. I am considering putting it on eBay but am left wondering if there would be any interest in it.
I would like the impressions of anyone on the forum concerning this machine.

Hi Fr. John. I am constantly looking at the coffee equipment on ebay and find espresso machines to go quite well at this time of year. Nothing seems to sell very well from May to September 1st but as soon as the weather cools down it gets very busy. I've said it before and I will say it again, eBay is a total crap shoot. Determine the very lowest you would be willing to accept for this item and use it as your reserve price. Take high quality photos of the machine to list it. Open the top and show the inside as well as any outstanding qualities. No photo, no action. List as much info as you can regarding electricity, water supply etc. Only accept cashiers checks or money orders for payment. The buyer pays for all shipping charges and nominal packing fees if you need to send it out to be packed securely. Faema is a well recognized quality name so you may be surprised at the results. It is very inexpensive to list an item so even if it doesn't sell you will only be out about $5.00, give or take. Keep in mind that if the unit sells you will have to fork over 5% to eBay.
