I bought a new E61 Esspresso Machine model QUICK MILL ANITA . After one week of operation , the steam pressure clock covered with water and steam.(some water enter inside the clock).

Never seen it happen but sounds like a defective pressure gauge. You'll need to contact your vendor for a replacement gauge or to have them repair the machine.
