Oh man! I just started managing a new coffee shop that has been using this machine, and today it broke down like I knew it eventually would (the previous owner clearly had no knowledge whatsoever pf proper care and maintanence for it). I would be so indebted if someone could also e-mail me a manual for this machine. A parts list would be awesome, too, but I think one of the service people I've been in touch with could provide me with that...
