Not sure what section this belongs in but I've run into a problem with one e-retailer of a espresso machine I purchased last week with next day shipping and have yet to receive it, nor can I get them to give me a simple answer as to where the order is.
Chefscorner.com is the company name, and I'm curious if anyone else has had dealings with them and if they have been favorable or even legitimate. BBB states that they are a legitimate business but I am amazed at the lack of help when it comes to providing the customer with a solid answer.
When simply asked "what is the status of my order" I am told "a supervisor will be available tomorrow, you will have to call back then"....
Had to vent a lil as I am frustrated and without a espresso machine :(

check the company at this site: resellerratings.com there is a tab in the top right for "store ratings" you can look it up there
it lists most online retailers, and acts as a forum for complaints and/or praises.
i use it when purchasing from any new online store now (i almost bought a digital camera from a place that had a list of complaints a mile long, and reseller ratings was the only site that tipped me off).
if the store doesn't provide the services promised, you can always file a complaint with the better business bureau, which, if they care (the retailer, not the BBB), usually lights a fire under their a$$ to help you out. you will be able to read official complaints on the BBB site too, if any have been filed.
both sites i mentioned are free.
good luck, and don't let them get away with false advertising---crooks like that belong in jail!
