The tube that runs to my pressure gauge seems to leak. I looked at it and the end is damaged. There's a thin tube (copper) and a silver collar. The collar is jamed up against the end. It should allow a bit of the copper tube to protrude. Does anyone sell a kit, tools, or the raw materials to fabricate these tubes? I've seen tube bending tools for automotive applications. I couldn't find the part from espressoparts.com

Here's a place that appears to have the materials and at least some of the tools (I didn't see a flaring tool but I didn't really search all that hard): http://www.hobbylinc.com/htm/k+s/k+s120.htm
Never done business with them. Just happened to be the first link returned when I searched for "1/8" copper tube".

Trying to find european style tubes and fittings may be a daunting task. The fitting on the gauge is different from the fitting on the pump or boiler, depending on which tube is leaking.
You could call General Espresso Equipment Company (GEEC) in North Carolina for a replacement or visit any CMA dealer. Wega, Rio, Laurentas, Formula and a couple others use the same hardware.
You could also try and teflon tape the tube end and gauge threads to see if it stops the leak. Lastly you could remove the tube and cap the boiler end. Of course you would lose the gauge but it may be a good temporary fix if the leak is severe.
