Not sure if one exists but perhaps we can start our own thread to share experiences and tips. I'm certain there are other lovers of this machine out there.
I currently have a Rancilio Silvia v3 with a PID, and will be upgrading to a Giotto Evoluzone around Christmas time. If this discussion thread has moved to another location or under a different name, please advise - thanks.

Nope I think its still here. Theres another thread going where someone asked about the differences between an Evo and another machine(sorry forget of hand what it was) There a little more info about the Evo comes out but you can post your questions here as a couple of the main stream hardcore guys keep an eye on it.
Again I can't say enough about my machine - I love it.

Hmmm - My Evo has developed a slight hissing noise. I can't really tell from where as I haven't opened it up yet.(under warranty) No water has formed under the machine and everything appears to work ok? Thoughts?

On Page 5 of Dave Corbey's (coffeegeek ID: DavecUK) excellent review of the Evoluzione there is a photo of the internals with everything nicely labeled.
I'd remove the top of the machine and take a look (and listen) around. If you still can't identify the source of the hissing noise, try using a length of plastic tubing as a stethoscope and probe around the insides until you locate the leak. Please let us know when you've solved the mystery.
