I've seen it under a couple of different names. I had the stove top version called a Bellman. It's basically a moka pot, but it did make a bit of crema. The milk steamer works pretty well, and until I got a standalone stove top steamer I used the Bellman.
I seem to remember Bellman selling the electric version, but the one that comes up in Google searches mostly is the Vesubio. It appears identical in every way, and I wouldn't be surprised if the parts are interchangeable. Even the model name is the same CX-25 vs. CXE-25. My guess is that the E stands for electric.

That's a Bellman CXE-25. The E is the Electric version of the CX25. You might find it written underneath.
It can make a good cup of coffee though it takes some practice to get your techniques down. You know it's good when you can't just throw a switch and make it work, right!? I've been chatting with another user about our methods and experiences if you want to look up that conversation.
