I am about to purchase a Gaggia Classic as an upgrade from a saeco machine. I have been using a capresso infinity grinder which I have made stepless. Will this be enough to pair with the Gaggia?

Thanks!

I just bought the same machine and bought the Baratza Virtuoso grinder.  Wish I went one model high and bought the Virtuoso Preciso with the macro and micro adjustments.  Only $80 more and well worth it imho.

Just got a good deal on a Vario so I went with that! I really hope they pair well together.

I tried a vario for a few days with my Gaggia Classic ... the shots were excellent.  You should be very please with the grind quality.
