So, are we going to get reviews from the CG road trip sometime soon?

I'll soon be purchasing my first set-up. Originally, I was thinking entry-level machine, but as I read more, I decided to up the ante a little.
Now, the main contenders are CC1 vs. Quickmill Silvano.
I'm probably leaning toward the CC1 since the deal with a grinder (Vario Preciso) at SCG puts the effetive price at $400 less than the Silvano.

Hopefully!

There was a small delay, but the machine arrived here this week and I'll get some time with it next week.

I expect you've had time for some evaluation.  What's the verdict?

Hopefully, the reviews will all be published sooner rather than later.
Apparently some details need to be worked out first...

But I have enjoyed using this machine!

My understanding is they send the machine to one expert to use for a while and pass on to another one.  I have no idea what happens to the machine when they are done with it but after all have used it they are going to write a review.

Lmao, I swore there where things I would never say to my kids but I have said this one a zillion times.

Seriously though this review has become more like a government study of the correct torque of a light bulb, 6 months plus and counting and probably more money in shipping then the machine actually costs.

Hopefully the CC1 will not be obsolete by the time the reviews come in... lol.
